Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. James Norwood Pratt (who is essentially the God of Tea) gave a keynote lecture, as well as a number of other workshops.
There is only a $10 suggested donation to get in, and the majority of the events are free, so if you love tea, I would strongly recommend going next fall.
